 How long have you been in business?
We are proud to have been delivering goodwill since 1993  

 What are your hours of operation?
Monday to Friday, Green & Green is open from 9.00a.m. to 5.00p.m. PST.

Can you Ship my gifts anywhere?
We ship Worldwide. We cannot ship to mail boxes or Post Office Boxes.

 Why do you need my recipients phone number?
All orders via couriers require phone numbers to guarantee delivery.

 Does each gift have an enclosure Gift Card?
All our gifts include a gift card with your message and name. Please make sure you enter your name and company at the time of ordering so the recipient knows who sent the gift.

 Can I place Multiple & Large orders?
Yes. We are a full service gift company and have the capacity to handle large orders. Multiple boxes delivered to a single location are subject to a modest charge. This charge will be added once the number of boxes is confirmed.

 

What if I need several of the same gifts/baskets sent to different addresses?
We prefer to receive these orders via email at info@greenNgreen.com or fax to 604-689-5028. This saves you time in terms of filling multiple order forms.

 Is there sales tax?
We are required to collect the appropriate taxes on gifts, and taxes will be charged at time of delivery.

We reserve the right to substitute gift basket products for others of equal or greater value.

At Green & Green, we care about your satisfaction and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your Green & Green gift arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 48hours of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements. An authorisation code is required from Green & Green for your return.

Intact food baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 Possible Additional Fees 

 Incorrect Address:

 It is our policy to always contact recipients to ensure the correct address has been provided. When the shipping address provided is wrong, there will be an “Incorrect Address” charge incurred. This will be reflected on a separate invoice and can range from $5 for Vancouver delivery to $15 for out-of-town delivery.

 *Note: this does not apply if the recipient requests delivery to a different address (e.g. he prefers it to be sent to his office instead of his home).

 Multiple Trips for Local Deliveries:

 If the shipping company is unable to deliver your gift and multiple trips are made, there will be a $10.50 charge for each attempt.

 *Note: this scenario is rare; however it does occur if the business hours of the recipient are non-standard working hours. Please advise us if you know that they keep non-standard hours.

 Box Fee:

 Because we do our utmost to ensure your gift arrives safely, we box and pack all out-of-town deliveries to protect them during shipping. There is consequently a $7.50 charge already included in your shipping cost to cover these materials.

 Out-of-Town Residential Deliveries:

 For out-of-town deliveries to a residence, there is a $2.50 “Residential Fee” charged by the delivery company. To avoid this fee, please provide a business address for the recipient if available.

 Returns & Exchanges

 At Green & Green, we care about your satisfaction and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

 Returns and exchanges are available on baskets at the request of the sender only, unless there are extenuating circumstances (e.g. allergies). Refunds will only be issued to the purchaser.

 Due to Health Canada regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. Please consider sharing or donating unwanted food baskets.

 Damaged gifts will be replaced with no extra charge. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and the contents returned to Green & Green.
