- Order Online: You can add any product to your shopping cart while shopping. You can preview your current selection through the “shopping cart”. When you are satisfied with your choices and want to place your order, please click check out.
- Order by Phone:You can call our direct line to place an order. Provide us with your product numbers and shipping/billing information. Our client care representatives are happy to take your order and/or answer any questions you have. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
- Placing Orders by Fax. You can use the fax order form.

To check the status of your order, you first need to Sign In, then you can access your Order Status page. If you still have a question with respect to a particular order, email us! Please include the customer name, shipping address, product name and date of order. We work hard to get your order processed as soon as possible; we will report the status within one business day.

shipping information
Shipping and handling charges are additional to the cost of the gift. Please proceed through the checkout process and within 24 hours of purchase, you will be contacted by a Client Services Associate by telephone, who will notify you of the delivery charges and confirm your total before shipping your order. You will be contacted at the telephone number you have provided under Billing Phone on the Billing address.
Cost of Shipping to the USA and within Canada is based on Dimensional weight. Shipping charges are calculated according to the size and weight of the box.
Local deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 12:00 Noon and 5.00 p.m. Orders received before 12.00 Noon Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day.

USA Transit time for the US varies from State to State. Our associates will telephone you with a delivery cost.

| | Can I send my courier or use my courier company? We are flexible and if you would like to use your own shipping company, please let us know when placing the order.
Wrong Address If a basket is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we can re-ship the gift to the recipient or you for an additional charge. A phone number is required for residential deliveries.
We ship Worldwide. Please note we require a physical address for delivery. We cannot ship to a P. O. Box. Each country has different requirements and shipping charges vary from country to country.

Substitution Policy We reserve the right to substitute gift basket products for others of equal or greater value.
return policy At Green & Green, we care about your satisfaction and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your Green & Green gift arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 48hours of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Intact food baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns.
Merchandise must be returned by the recipient to Green & Green, 1576 Rand Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V6P 3G2. Refund is given only to the purchaser.

How long have you been in business? We are proud to have been delivering goodwill since 1993
What are your hours of operation? Monday to Friday, Green & Green is open from 9.00a.m. to 5.00p.m. PST. During the month of December we are open 7.00am to 8.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 to 2.00p.m. PST Saturday
Can you Ship my gifts anywhere? We ship Worldwide. We cannot ship to mail boxes or Post Office Boxes.
Why do you need my recipients phone number? All orders via couriers require phone numbers to guarantee delivery.
Does each gift have an enclosure Gift Card? All our gifts include a gift card with your message and name. Please make sure you enter your name and company at the time of ordering so the recipient knows who sent the gift.
Can I place Multiple & Large orders? Yes. We are a full service gift company and have the capacity to handle large orders. Multiple boxes delivered to a single location are subject to a modest charge. This charge will be added once the number of boxes is confirmed.
What if I need several of the same gifts/baskets sent to different addresses? We prefer to receive these orders via email at info@greenNgreen.com or fax to 604-689-5028. This saves you time in terms of filling multiple order forms. Is there sales tax? We are required to collect the appropriate taxes on gifts, and taxes will be charged at time of delivery. In Canada, we have two types of taxes: GST – Goods & Service tax that is 5% PST – Provincial Sales tax that is 7%
